I am starting the Truth Video Broadcasting Network which is going to bring together multiple video broadcasters all working independently using livestream application streaming to stream their video.

I need a website that updates on the hour with a different persons livestream HTML and their banner - this may require some SQL I am not sure. meta refresh is not an option as it get you banned from search engines.

The site is TVBN.tv and you can see banners there as well as link to livestream channels such that you can design a site which updates on the hour with different livestreams.

what i need is for the site to update on the hour with a different livestream and different banner and i need to be able to set what channels and banners appear when.

the fact i need this in the center of a 3 colum table is a side issue, if you can make this happen let me know and we will talk and if you know someone who can do this please send them my way.
