NYPD uses fake Facebook profiles to spy on teens

The NYPD is targeting and tracking "troubled" teenagers and the way they are doing has raised concerns among the community. The officers hope to help stop these teens from committing a crime and according to The New York Times, law enforcement unexpectedly drop by their schools but it doesn't stop there. In addition to the unexpected visits, officers are creating decoy Facebook profiles to gain access to their online social activity. J.D.
